The prices quoted in this list and other contents of basket pages of VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre , distributed free of charge and visible on the Web at the address http://www.las-flc.com/e-tradecentre are in in British Sterling Pound (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. All additional information concerning VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre can be found in the Catalogues of Translations and other Products and Services and its associated Lists of VLAS-FLC.COM offers.

Methods of payment

All publications ordered from the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre must be paid for in advance. Payments can be made:

a) by credit card: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and others, as displayed on the check out pages;

b) by bank transfer to the BARCLAYS  BANK PLC,  Whetstone & Finchley Group,  1250 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0PB,  Account: 90972975,  Account Name VLAS-FLC,  Sorting Code 20-95-61, SWIFT CODE:  BARC GB22.  Payment in British Sterling Pound (GBP).

c) by cheque made payable to the VLAS-FLC.COM

Payments normally should be made in British Sterling Pound (GBP). Payments may also be made in other currencies, freely convertible into GBP, provided that, when converted by the bank, the price of the service in GBP is covered. The VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre does not accept Letters of Credit.

Forms of dispatch

The catalogue price includes the cost of dispatch or the means of carriage most advantageous to the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre. Dispatch can be requested in other forms: i.e. air mail (express and registered), EMS, Federal Express, TNT. If one of these alternative methods is chosen, the dispatch cost will be added to the quote. Customs duties and other taxes or dues levied on imported goods are not borne by the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre.

Return of products

Where a translation, info and other products  are found to be faulty they could be returned to the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre, the latter’s responsibility shall be limited to replacement of the product and payment of the costs arising from such replacement. Any product returned to the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre as unwanted must reach it within two (2) months from the date of its dispatch to the customer, subject to the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre’s prior agreement. A minimum charge of Fifteen British Sterling Pound (GBP) will normally be invoiced to the customer by the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre for return of the product  to stock.

In the case of electronic products (CD-ROM and online), these general conditions shall apply, subject to the specific derogation provisions contained in the licence agreements. The placing of an order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

None of the provisions of these general conditions of sale shall be interpreted as constituting a derogation or renunciation of the privileges, immunities and facilities enjoyed by the VLAS-FLC.COM e-TradeCentre in accordance with the international agreement or any other relevant national legislation applicable to it.

Please note that orders cannot be taken over the telephone from unknown and unregistered persons.
